The Experiences Integration Program Manager designs, manages and implements marketing programs within the marketing organization.  This ownership encompasses all program management from specific program vision to execution, including budgeting, strategy, partnering/resourcing, optimization/analysis, creative brief development, tools development and execution. This role leads the effort to apply strategies to marketing programs and channels as they relate to experiences; facilitating seamless multi-channel customer-facing communications.  Models and acts in accordance with REI’s guiding values and mission.

The Experiences Integration Program Manager will lead the integration of events and experiences between Marketing, REI’s Outdoor School and the Experiences team; including planning, execution and analysis. This role would focus on marquee experiential programs including (but not limited to): 

• Outessa 
• OPO & Campaign Events 
• Pray for Snow Parties 

This role will serve as the main point of contact between these programs to ensure cohesive communication between teams. Additionally, they will partner with the Local Social and Content Program Manager as well as the Grand Opening and Local Media Program Manager to market OPO activations through paid media, in-store collateral, social media and other REI owned channels

Define marketing strategy for experience marketing programs to support REI’s objectives.   
Develop and manage marketing program resources such as vendors, partners, and agencies.
Foster relationships and oversee deliverables with internal stakeholders, and internal staff.
Define and manage marketing program execution process.  Process definition includes clear descriptions of inputs, hand-offs between teams, outputs, and timelines.  Process execution management involves day-to-day actions that feed the delivery of key success metrics 
Create and manage the select program budgets.  Manage allocation of budget to marketing media, tools, consulting, and other areas.  Manage invoicing, billing, accruals and fraud detection processes.
Develop and manage reporting of select marketing program data.
Analyze marketing program data and apply to program management.
Research trends, opportunities, threats, competitors and other factors that affect the marketing program.
Collaborate with cross-divisional marketing resources and external agencies to develop and ensure multi-channel integrated campaigns.
Works directly with the Sr. Program Manager, to ensure that each program is on strategy, on time and within budget.
Conduct ongoing search for new and favorable customer acquisition opportunities, including proficiency in new media platforms, and negotiation of contracts with current and new advertising partners.

Bring your passion and expertise

5+ years experience in Marketing/Business Development.
5 + years’ experience in developing and executing marketing plans & strategies in collaboration with partner teams.
3+ years experience in event and experiences marketing/management, and working with teams on development preferred.
BA in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
Experience in managing external vendors, partners, and relationships connecting to marketing programs.
Experience working with content & creative teams including design, web production, and copywriting teams.
Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPI, financial data, and success measures.
Budget tracking experience.
Advanced skills in MS-Office business applications 
Advanced skills with marketing tools
Proven track record developing program plans that meet/exceed goals and managing program budgets.
Ability to identify customer needs and draft strategies and plans that deliver on those needs.
Ability to assess important market requirements and opportunities and identify competitive opportunities.
Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals.
Flexible in one's viewpoints and positions in order to support the direction taken by others at REI.

ARTICLE 23-A, Section 753

§753. Factors to be considered concerning a previous criminal conviction; presumption.

1. In making a determination pursuant to section seven hundred fifty-two of this chapter, the public agency or private employer shall consider the following factors:

(a) The public policy of this state, as expressed in this act, to encourage the licensure and employment of persons previously convicted of one or more criminal offenses.

(b) The specific duties and responsibilities necessarily related to the license or employment sought or held by the person.

(c) The bearing, if any, the criminal offense or offenses for which the person was previously convicted will have on his fitness or ability to perform one or more such duties or responsibilities.

(d) The time which has elapsed since the occurrence of the criminal offense or offenses.

(e) The age of the person at the time of occurrence of the criminal offense or offenses.

(f) The seriousness of the offense or offenses.

(g) Any information produced by the person, or produced on his behalf, in regard to his rehabilitation and good conduct.

(h) The legitimate interest of the public agency or private employer in protecting property, and the safety and welfare of specific individuals or the general public.

2. In making a determination pursuant to section seven hundred fifty-two of this chapter, the public agency or private employer shall also give consideration to a certificate of relief from disabilities or a certificate of good conduct issued to the applicant, which certificate shall create a presumption of rehabilitation in regard to the offense or offenses specified therein.
