We currently have a unique opportunity for a Site Reliability Engineer who is passionate about their craft and wants to contribute to the success of our growing website. This job contributes to REI’s success by ensuring availability, performance, security and capacity for all the Co-op’s Digital offerings. With teams across the Co-op, we ensure applications and infrastructure are working seamlessly to create the best customer experience possible, while allowing for rapid innovation. A successful Site Reliability Engineer will possess both infrastructure and engineering skill sets, understand solution architecture, pipeline automation and can build and run new platforms and services. These areas are provided for their full lifecycle and must continuously improve to meet new requirements and priorities. The team manages its services like a product portfolio, supports the DevOps mindset of the Co-op, and drives the application development community to share and incorporate new concepts and technologies. You’ll collaborate with an existing mix of DevOps minded engineers and architects. You will have the flexibility to grow your skills and explore new technical challenges.
